Our 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Return
Contact us to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll email a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. We cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to return your current purchase first. Once we accept your return, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
